My Approach

Therapeutic yoga sessions are uniquely tailored to meet your own individual needs. Yoga therapy may help many physical, emotional and mental health issues such as:

  • Nervous System issues (e.g MS, Fibromyalgia, Stress Management, Burnout) 

  • Cardiovascular & Respiratory issues (including long Covid)

  • Hormonal issues

  • Autoimmune Disorders 

  • Reproductive and Fertility issues 

 

These sessions are trauma informed and a complimentary initial assessment is offered to explore if a specific therapeutic program will be useful to promote your healing and wellbeing
