Yoga for Children

My Approach

I offer children an authentic experience of yoga in a friendly and fun way that encourages children to connect their movements to their breath, develop strength and flexibility, improve co-ordination, develop better breath awareness and learn useful tools for calming and regulating their nervous system, helping children to relax and feel more comfortable in their own skin. I have taught in many schools and special needs settings and yoga summer camps and workshops for children. Therapeutic yoga sessions can also assist children with ASD, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, physical disabilities and emotional stress.
