Restorative yoga is a restful and gentle practice to help balance the mind and the body and invite a state of stillness where restoration, healing and renewal can take place. The body is fully supported and comfortable in poses using lots of cushions, bolsters and blankets to offer a soothing and relaxing practice. Each session ends with a yoga nidra offering the chance to relax deeply and create a comfortable meditative state. The whole class will leave you feeling nourished and rested. This is a beautiful practice and well worth trying out to invite more calm and relaxation into your life.
