Pregnancy Yoga

My Approach

I offer a vitality pregnancy class. Creating a nurturing and welcoming space for mothers-to-be, these sessions explore the needs of mum and offer a combination of both dynamic and gently movements to create more comfort in the body. The practice is very fluid and offers a lot of positions that are useful for labour. We explore breathing techniques which are calming and useful tools for birthing your baby. The sessions focus on creating space and ease in the body, relieving pregnancy symptoms and offering vitality and energy. The class finishes with a lovely deeply relaxing practice. I have trained in pre-natal yoga directly with Tara Lee, one of the most popular pregnancy yoga teachers in the UK. I am a mother to two children and have experienced two very different births. I offer a non-judgemental supportive environment where the approach is very much focused on the health and wellbeing of you and your baby.
